5 Tips for Vibrant Health

  1. Breathe Diaphragmatically – in and out through your nose, long and slow, moving your lower tummy. This tells your body “you are safe” and allows you to use body fat effectively as a fuel.

  2. Drink water (filtered), hydration is essential to life. It is also needed for effective detoxification and elimination by the body.

  3. Eat only whole, real food to nourish your cells with the nutrients they require for optimal health.

  4. Focus on health, not weight.

  5. Sleep – aim for 8 hours of deep restorative sleep, with two of those hours before midnight.
