Soak your feet in a warm Epsom salt foot bath while enjoying a cup of relaxing herbal tea.

Make a pot of tea, use your favorite cup & really take the time to enjoy this space, be present with no external distractions.


Or try a Lemon Foot Bath...

Lemon Foot Bath

  • ¾ Fill the foot bath with hot water, add 3 lemons.

  • Cut the lemons (just into the skin) under the water, to allow juices to release into the water.

  • Then cut all the way through the lemons & scour the flesh with a fork, leave the lemons in & soak your feet.

Allow yourself to deeply exhale and relax.
